- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Physical Activity measured by actigraph accelerometers (hip & wrist) quantified as % of time spent in moderate to vigorous activity[During each 15 minute condition];Muscle activity measured by surface myoelectric activity (sEMG) will be collected from the upper trapezius (UT) muscle. Mean and patterns of muscle activation (duration, breaks)[During each 15 minute condition];Postural variation measured by Vicon (Oxford Metrics, inc., Oxford, U.K) three-dimensional motion analysis system, operated at 250Hz, will be utilised to collect participants’ head, trunk, and upper limb position, Mean and standard deviation of trunk, head, should, wrist angles[During each 15 minute condition]
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Gross Postures and postural variation measured through systematic observational coding of videotapes, % of time lying, sitting, standing[During each 15 minute condition]
