Inclusion Criteria

1. A woman aged 35 years or older presenting with abnormal uterine bleeding necessitating endometrial biopsy
2. Stable vital signs

Exclusion Criteria

1. Underlying of bleeding disorders
2. Current medication induces coagulopathy
3. Infection of organs in the pelvic cavity
4. Cervical stenosis
5. Refusal to participate in research
6. Individuals with problems related to smelling various causes, such as inflammation of the olfactory nerve in the nasal cavity, nasal congestion, sinusitis, etc.
7. pregnancy
