- •all nursing staff(regardless of experience and age) working in Intensive Care Units of hospitals affiliated to Shiraz University Of Medical Sciences ; The desire to participate in the study ;The signing of informed consent by staff

- •refusing participation in pretest or post test ; refusing participation in education sessions ; no previous education in patient handling programs
