Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Study subjects are people who have impaired fasting glucose and were 30\~70 years old. Impaired fasting glucose is defined as fasting blood glucose of 100\~125mg/dL or HbA1c of 5\.7\~6\.4%.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria for the study are: having been previously diagnosed with diabetes; being on medications for type 2 diabetes can help control blood sugar levels.
