Diagnosis of unilateral knee osteoarthritis based on radiographic findings using Kellgren and Lawrence classification
Knee pain of more than 4 months duration
Scores from 3-6 on NPRS
Ability to walk independently
Normal or corrected to normal hearing
Normal or corrected to normal vision
History of lower extremity joint replacement surgery
Patients who had any other surgeries or suffered from injuries to lower extremities in the 12 months prior to the study
BMI >= 40 kg/m² (Obese class III)
Any other cardiovascular or neurological disorders which could affect balance
Vestibular or neuromuscular system impairment
Patients who had received any intra-articular injections in the last 90 days
Any medical treatment that might impair balance
Any systemic arthritic condition
