入选标准
- •Diagnosis of unilateral knee osteoarthritis based on radiographic findings using Kellgren and Lawrence classification
- •Knee pain of more than 4 months duration
- •Scores from 3-6 on NPRS
- •Ability to walk independently
- •Normal or corrected to normal hearing
- •Normal or corrected to normal vision
排除标准
- •History of lower extremity joint replacement surgery
- •Patients who had any other surgeries or suffered from injuries to lower extremities in the 12 months prior to the study
- •BMI >= 40 kg/m² (Obese class III)
- •Any other cardiovascular or neurological disorders which could affect balance
- •Vestibular or neuromuscular system impairment
- •Patients who had received any intra-articular injections in the last 90 days
- •Any medical treatment that might impair balance
- •Any systemic arthritic condition
