Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients having any two of following symptoms of udarshool i.e. excessive cry, refusal to feed, irritability, abdominal distention or tenderness, etc.
- •2\. Patients with history of crying for more than 3 hours/day for more than 3 days in a week or one whole week.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Udarshool associated with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation; acute infectious diseases like gastro intenstinal tract infections, urinary tract infections.
- •2\. Known cases of congenital anomalies.
- •3\. Patients having food allergies like lactose intolerance, IEM, etc.
- •4\. Failure to thrive.
