1. Patients having any two of following symptoms of udarshool i.e. excessive cry, refusal to feed, irritability, abdominal distention or tenderness, etc.
2. Patients with history of crying for more than 3 hours/day for more than 3 days in a week or one whole week.
1. Udarshool associated with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation; acute infectious diseases like gastro intenstinal tract infections, urinary tract infections.
2. Known cases of congenital anomalies.
3. Patients having food allergies like lactose intolerance, IEM, etc.
4. Failure to thrive.
