Inclusion Criteria
EMR was indicated in patients with adenoma accompanied by any degree of dysplasia and in patients with early superficial gastric cancer.
Exclusion Criteria
?coexistence of peptic ulcer
?coexistence of concomitant illness influencing anti-ulcer effect of PPI, such as systemic vasculitis, Behcet`s disease, eosinophilic gastritis?use of aspirin, non-steroidal anti inflammatory drug or glucocorticoid within 7 days of EMR
?pregnant women
