Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnosis of PTSD as per PCL\-5 (score of \>33\)
- •2\. Both genders and aged between 18 to 65 years.
- •3\. With or without comorbidity (Anxiety and Depression)
- •4\. Ongoing psychotherapy or medications or no treatment
- •5\. Able to read/understand/speak English
- •6\. Those having access to regular internet access via an electronic device
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those diagnosed with co\-morbid psychotic disorders
- •2\. Those with intellectual disabilities/severe cognitive impairments.
- •3\. Individuals currently suffering from other severe medical illnesses that would hinder yoga practice
- •4\. Breastfeeding and pregnant women
- •5\. Individuals with suicidal tendencies/self\-harm risk
- •6\. Individuals with substance abuse disorder or dependence (except nicotine) in the last 6 months.
