- •Adults aged between 18 and 59 years who have mild and moderate depressive symptoms
排除标准
- •Will be excluded individuals who score above the cutoff of 20 points in the PHQ-9 screening for depressive symptoms; individuals who have previous diagnoses of psychiatric disorders presented by a psychiatrist; individuals with incomplete elementary education; individuals who do not reside in Sao Paulo city; individuals who do not have access to the internet; individuals who present more than two absences during the program sessions, and individuals who refuse to continue in the program
