入选标准
- •The eligibility criteria for the evaluation of the subjects will be, women; between 60 and 80 years old; apparently healthy, without osteo-articular problems in the upper and lower limbs, contraindicated for strength exercises; physically active; no history of previous cardiovascular, neurological or psychiatric diseases, controlled hypertension; no history of traumatic brain injury
- •with loss of consciousness for more than 30 minutes; non-alcoholic and non-smokers; absence of uncorrected motor, visual and auditory impairment; have completed elementary school education or higher; no Brachial Ankle Index, less than 0.90 and greater than 1.40, which characterizes a sign of peripheral arterial disease; have not participated in strength training for at least 6 months; present value above 24 in the Mini Mental State Examination questionnaire
排除标准
- •The exclusion criteria adopted will be regular non-follow-up in training sessions and any test phase with absence in training exceeding 25 percent of total sessions
