Inclusion Criteria
Having at least one test tube
Age range between 18 and 65 years old
Having the ability to communicate and speak in Persian
Patient consciousness
Exclusion Criteria
Existence of respiratory diseases
Use any topical neuromuscular blocking drug
Inability to use motivational spirometry
Existence of fractures, inflammation, wounds, previous cuts and scratches at the Hugo'point
Have a history of using acupressure
Having any mental disorders and using psychiatric medications

Name Time Method Pain severity. Timepoint: Immediately after performing the first, second, third and fourth spirometry. Method of measurement: Numerical rating scales.;Respiratory volume.
