Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with 19 \- 79 years old and persistent atrial fibrillation who underwent pulmonary vein isolation and right side linear ablation (cavotricuspid and inter\-caval line ablation) by attend physician's discretion.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not provide the informed consent
- •\<18 or \>79 years old
- •Prior right side ablation or maze surgery
- •Significant valvular heart disease
- •Severe heart failure (NYHA4\)
- •Uncontrolled myocardial ischemia
- •Intracardiac thrombus
- •Contraindications to the anticoagulants
- •Life expectancy \< 1 year
