Inclusion Criteria
All hospitalized infants from age 1 month till 12 months requiring venepuncture
Exclusion Criteria
1 Infants less than 1 month of age
2 Seriously ill infants
3 Sedated infants
4 Febrile at time of venepuncture
5 Neurological impairment
6 Gastrointestinal malformation
7 Patients requiring more than 1 prick for venepuncture
8 Developmental delay
