1. Idiopathic Parkinson’s disease based on International Parkinson’s disease and Movement Disorders Society criteria
2. normal cognition (MMSE = 26)
Patients with
1. Unable to measure of blood pressure because of arrhythmia, cardiovascular disease
2. Unable to measure of blood pressure because of musculoskeletal disease
3. atypical parkinsonism
4. Patients with a difference of 10 mmHg or more in systolic blood pressure between upper arms
5. Other patients who deemed inappropriate for the study by the researcher
