1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for psoriasis;
2. Between 18 and 65 years old (both male and female);
3. No history of contact allergy;
4. No acupuncture within 3 weeks before recruitment;
5. 3 weeks before acupuncture, do not use any other therapies, do not use moisturizers;
6. Agree to participate in the trial and be randomly assigned to any research group.
1. Other active skin diseases that may affect the evaluation of the condition;
2. Serious psychological disorder;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Severe organic diseases, systemic diseases or other chronic diseases, including heart disease, liver or kidney disease, thrombocytopenia and bleeding tendency;
5. Fainting or fear of severe attacks of blood during acupuncture;
6. Experience other positive intervention measures that may affect the results of this study during the treatment period;
7. Any other situation that the investigator believes may cause the patient to be unable to complete, comply, or not suitable for clinical trials.
