•1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for psoriasis;
•2. Between 18 and 65 years old (both male and female);
•3. No history of contact allergy;
•4. No acupuncture within 3 weeks before recruitment;
•5. 3 weeks before acupuncture, do not use any other therapies, do not use moisturizers;
•6. Agree to participate in the trial and be randomly assigned to any research group.

•1. Other active skin diseases that may affect the evaluation of the condition;
•2. Serious psychological disorder;
•3. Pregnant or lactating women;
•4. Severe organic diseases, systemic diseases or other chronic diseases, including heart disease, liver or kidney disease, thrombocytopenia and bleeding tendency;
•5. Fainting or fear of severe attacks of blood during acupuncture;
•6. Experience other positive intervention measures that may affect the results of this study during the treatment period;
•7. Any other situation that the investigator believes may cause the patient to be unable to complete, comply, or not suitable for clinical trials.
