•1. Diagnosed with stroke according to the criteria of Diagnostic Criteria and confirmed by CT or MRI;
•2. Having cognitive impairment according to the Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE) screening;
•3. Be the first onset, the course of disease is 1-6 months;
•4. Aged 40-70 years old;
•5. Having sufficient visual and auditory resolution capability to accept neuropsychological testing;
•6. The patients should be conscious, with stable vital signs.
•7. Signing the informed consent form.

•1. With serious illnesses, such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine diseases and hematopoietic system disease;
•2. Combined with other mental illnesses and severe neurological diseases;
•3. Patients that have severe impairment of vision, hearing and speech that hinder cognitive test;
•4. Patients receiving drugs that affect the excitability of brain within 3 months;
•5. Patients participating in other clinical trials.
