Paediatric patients whose parents/LAR who have given written informed consent to participation undergoing elective genitourinary, lower abdominal, orthopaedic, surgeries in supine position under general anaesthesia, aged between 1 year and 5 years, weighing between 5 kg and 25 kg, belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologist Physical Status class I and II
Any paediatric patient undergoing emergency surgery or with prior history of abnormal anatomy of the larynx or pharynx as well as patients with increased risk of aspiration (Tracheoesophageal fistula, Oesophageal atresia)
