- •Patients Clinically Diagnosed By Bhagandar Patients With Duration Of Complaints Less Than 6 Months

- •High Anal Fistula And Complex Fistula
- •Horse Shoe Fistula
- •Patient Who Were Contra Indicated For Ksharsutra Insertion
- •Known Cases Of Diabetes Mellitus , Tuberculosis, HIV, Hbsag
- •Known Cases Of Ulcerative Colitis, Chrohnâ??s Disease , Ano Rectal And Other Malignancy
- •Known Case Of Covid 19
- •Fistula Other Than Ano Rectal Fistula
