Inclusion Criteria

Women with gynecologic cancers who underwent laparotomy transabdominal hysterectomy with/without other procedures

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery
2.Underlying history of gastritis, peptic ulcer, bowel surgery, chronic constipation, amd chronic diarrhea
3.History of undiagnosed abdominal pain or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction
4.Underlying history of hepatitis, renal impairment (acute/chronic)
5.Pregnancy or being during lactation
6.Electrolyte impairment
