- •(1)Patients scheduled to undergo craniotomy for supratentorial tumors
- •(2)ASA-I and II patients.
- •(3)18 â?? 65 yrs of age
排除标准
- •(1)Pre-operative hypernatremia or hyponatremia (serum Na <130 or >150mEq/L).
- •(2)History of congestive heart failure, kidney disease, chronic obstructive airway disease.
- •(3)History of ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt.
- •(4)Initial serum osmolarity >320mosm/kg.
