Inclusion Criteria
Pediatric patients scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia
Pediatric patients 2 ~ 12 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
Premature infants,
a history of previous chest surgery,
patients with confirmed upper or lower respiratory tract infections,
airway malformations,
severe lung disease
Body mass index >= 30
Preoperative chest X-ray abnormal findings (eg atelectasis, pneumonia, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, etc.)
