Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients who had diagnosed in the hospital as the major depressive disorder, dysthymic disorder, depressive disorder NOS in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental disorders-IV (DSM-IV)
2. Patients who have agreement to enroll the examination

Exclusion Criteria

1. uncontrolled physical illness
2. psychotic symptom
3. organic based cause
