Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •diagnose of a moderate or severe depression (structured clinical interview, SCID)
  • •\- on the waiting list for inpatient psychotherpy in the Schön\-Klinik, Bad Arolsen
  • •\- access to the internet
  • •\- valid email address

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- acute psychosis (at baseline)
