diagnose of a moderate or severe depression (structured clinical interview, SCID)
- on the waiting list for inpatient psychotherpy in the Schön-Klinik, Bad Arolsen
- access to the internet
- valid email address

Exclusion Criteria

- acute psychosis (at baseline)
