Inclusion Criteria
1) IBD patients aged 13-25 years who were diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease with onset under the age of 17, or undergoing treatment.
2) IBS patients aged 13-25 years who were diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome with onset under the age of 17.
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals who do not consent to participate in the study.

Name Time Method Alpha and beta diversity as well as composition of gut microbiota: 1) The characteristics of gut microbiota in pediatric patients with IBD will be analyzed in comparison to healthy individuals and those with IBS. 2) Differences in gut microbiota at the time of diagnosis or exacerbation of IBD will be analyzed for clinical relevance
