- •Full term pregnant women with singleton pregnancies coming for elective caesarian section
排除标准
- •1. Intrapartum caesarian sections.
- •2. Significant obstetric diseases like Gestational diabetes, Pre eclampsia, anemia.
- •3. Predisposing factors for post partum haemorrhage like uterine malformations, placental abnormalities, polyhydramnios, large baby, uterine fibroids, bleeding diatheses, previous history of post partum haemorrhage.
- •4.Allergy to the drugs used.
