Inclusion Criteria
Adults undergoing planned surgery under general anesthesia with 2 or less risk factors for postoperative nausea and vomiting
Exclusion Criteria
1. Preoperative drug users (narcotic analgesics, antiemetics, steroids)
2. Patients with a history of allergy to dexamethasone and ramosetron
(Headache, dyspnea, hot flushes, blood pressure drop, rash)
3. Patients with vestibular dysfunction symptoms
4. contraindication to administration due to the existing approval of the test drug
