The ASA class l.ll visited to undergo surgery for general anesthesia
Patients who were aged between 19 and 69 and who agreed to participate in the study
- Elderly people over 70 years old or under age 19
- A debilitating patient with ASA class lll or more
- Alzheimer dementia, cognitive disorder, psychopathy, etc
Patients who have difficulty in proper cooperation
- Due to infection / trauma / mass around jaw and neck joints
Patients with uncomfortable stretching exercises
- Mechanical airway obstruction due to pharyngeal neoplasm or abscess.
The general intubation was considered to be difficult, and a fiberoptic bronchoscope
video laryngoscope for intubation planned patients
