入选标准
- •Patients who meet the criteria for sepsis and septic shock (The Third International Consensus Definitions for Sepsis and Septic Shock (Sepsis-3). SOFA score of >= 2 at the time of admission will be taken as patient who is sepsis and a need for vasopressors support at time of admission will be taken as septic shock .
- •ICU stay > 24 hours
排除标准
- •1. Patients with chronic renal failure (CKD),
- •2. Patients with acute or chronic liver failure (ALF or CLF),
- •3. Known hematologic disease
- •4. Patients on anticoagulation therapy.
