1.Patients with non-specific chronic low back pain for more than 3 months duration.
2. VAS score more than 3
3. Age between 20 - 45 years old
4. No other physical therapy treatments and any anti-inflammatory drugs
5. Patients gave their written, informed consent after being informed about the experimental nature of the study.
1. Pregnancy, open wound
2. Chlorine allergy or hydrophobia
3. L-spondylosis , L-spondylolithesis, scoliosis, spine deformity or history of spine surgery.
4. Lower limbs injuries (hip, knee, ankle, feet) in 6 months.
5. Uncontrollable medical disease such as diabetics, epilepsy.
6. Refuse to participate in a research project or withdraw from the study.

Name Time Method The modified Star Excursion Balance Test (mSEBT) 1st visit ,3 week , 6 week Standing in the middle of a testing grid with strips of tape placed in Y-shaped, reaching with 1 foot as far as possible along the different grid lines, and then returning to the starting position.

Name Time Method The Single-leg Stance Test (SLST) on Both Side Up (BOSU) trainer 1st visit ,3 week , 6 week A subject stands on one-leg with the contralateral hip flexed 90 degree on Both Side Up (BOSU) trainer as long as possible,Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) 1st visit ,3 week , 6 week The scale comprises a 10-cm line with descriptive phrases at either end. In most pain studies the range is from no pain to severe pain or worst pain ever.,Oswestry low back pain disability questionnaire Version 1.0 1st visit ,3 week , 6 week Patients answer the questionnaire
