入选标准
- •1.Patients with non-specific chronic low back pain for more than 3 months duration.
- •2. VAS score more than 3
- •3. Age between 20 - 45 years old
- •4. No other physical therapy treatments and any anti-inflammatory drugs
- •5. Patients gave their written, informed consent after being informed about the experimental nature of the study.
排除标准
- •1. Pregnancy, open wound
- •2. Chlorine allergy or hydrophobia
- •3. L-spondylosis , L-spondylolithesis, scoliosis, spine deformity or history of spine surgery.
- •4. Lower limbs injuries (hip, knee, ankle, feet) in 6 months.
- •5. Uncontrollable medical disease such as diabetics, epilepsy.
- •6. Refuse to participate in a research project or withdraw from the study.
- •7. Communication and cognitive problems
