Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed patients of prediabetes
- •HbA1c range 5\.7 to 6\.4 percentage
- •Fasting Blood Sugar Level range from 100 to 125 milligram per deciliter.
- •Post Prandial Blood Sugar Level or Impaired Glucose Intolerance range from 140 to 200 milligram per deciliter.
- •Patients who agree to sign informed consent and follow the protocol.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Patients below the age of 18 and above the age of 65 years.
- •Blood Sugar Level beyond the inclusion limits
- •Patient with morbid obesity.
- •Patients with systemic disorders like Chronic Renal Failure and Coronary Artery Disease
- •Patients who refuse to sign written consent.
