Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Elementary school adolescent girl students (grade 7th and 8th) from selected government school aged 10 to 19 years who willingly agreed to be part in the study were included.
- •\-And those who did not intend to transfer schools during the intervention period were included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Those adolescent girls with obvious physical deformities for anthropometric measurements .
- •\- Absences in the pre\-test, post\-test and drop out during intervention time.
- •\-And also who are pregnant and lactating adolescent girl (if exists) were excluded.
- •\-Any adolescents who attended less than 25% of the nutrition education session.
