Inclusion Criteria
Elementary school adolescent girl students (grade 7th and 8th) from selected government school aged 10 to 19 years who willingly agreed to be part in the study were included.
-And those who did not intend to transfer schools during the intervention period were included.
Exclusion Criteria
-Those adolescent girls with obvious physical deformities for anthropometric measurements .
- Absences in the pre-test, post-test and drop out during intervention time.
-And also who are pregnant and lactating adolescent girl (if exists) were excluded.
-Any adolescents who attended less than 25% of the nutrition education session.
