- •All patients undergoing minor surgical procedures at Sree Balaji Medical College Hospital
- •1\.ASA grade â?? I, II , III
- •2\.Age between 15 \& 55yrs
- •Exlcusion criteria ; 1\.patients not giving consent for study
- •2\.patients with inadequate NPO.
- •3\.patients with severe systemic illness.
- •4\.patients with restricted mouth opening.
- •5\.patients with underlying lung pathology.
排除标准
- •1\.Patient refusal.
- •2\.ASA grade â?? IV
- •3\.Patients with complications like severe anemia, hypovolemia,
- •septicemia, shock.
- •4\. Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy
- •5\.Local infection in pharynx.
- •6\.Patients with Full Stomach
- •7\.Patients with upper airway obstruction
