Patient Population- Recruiting patients who are staying and receiving vocational training program AND the patients who have received vocational rehabilitation training for a period of 3 months.
Service Provider Experts- The Mental health professional working in rehabilitation setting at least for more than 3 months
Caregiversâ??- The person who is staying with patient at least for one year before admission to Hombelaku and those staying with the patient after discharge from the centre
Employersâ??- Individuals who offered job for patients admitted in Hombelaku.
All patients who have been discharged and caregivers whose patients have been discharged from the center before December 2021.
Those who are refusing to participate in the study
