a) patients with right or left hemiparesis , with at least six months of the occurrence of the the stroke; b ) patients able to
wander unsupervised for home march ; c ) patients enrolled in neuromotor rehabilitation program ; d ) patients with score
above 36 on the Berg Balance Scale ; e) patients with a minimum score of 20 on Fulg -Meyer scale. These criteria will be obtained and judged by prior medical examination , medical history and functional evaluation.
Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria of the study, or having any impediment that prevents the tests
proposed and / or co-morbidity , does not control , will be excluded from this search

Name Time Method Strength (maximal and endurance) and Motor Control of upper and lower limbs After single session of tDCS (neuromodulation), and after 12, 24 and 36 sessions of tDCS Dynamometry, coefficient of variation between repetition of movements and Fugl Meyer Scale
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Electromyography (EMG) and Electroencephalography (EEG) After single session of tDCS (neuromodulation), and after 12, 24 and 36 sessions of tDCS RMS and median frequency of EMG; and total power and cohenrence of EEG channels
