Inclusion Criteria
All patients diagnosed to be in septic shock, as per 2016 Surviving sepsis guidelines will be included
Exclusion Criteria
1)Drop out during sampling period.
2)Age less than 18 years.
3)Acute Myocardial infarction.
4)Pulmonary embolism.
5)Haemorrhagic shock.
6)Trauma.
7)Seizures.
8)Pregnancy.
