1-No more than 10 discrete lesions, not exceeding 100 cm2 in total area , or no more than 2% of the total body surface area .
2-All patients above 2 months of age and below 65 yrs of age
3- Skin infection rating scale total score(SIRS) of at least 8.
. Pregnancy and lactation
2. Signs and symptoms of systemic infections
3.Extensive cellulitis, furunculosis, abscess requiring systemic therapy
5- Immunosuppressed patients.
4- Previous hypersensitivity to any component of either cream , had received a systemic antibacterial or steroid or had applied any topical therapeutic agent directly to skin lesions within the 7 days prior to study entry.
