Inclusion Criteria
Rectal adenocarcinoma cases after neoadjuvant chemoradiation that are prepared for LAR operation
Informed consent
Anastomosis distance from AV was more than 6 cm
Use of known and same stapler
Radiation was done at academic and known radio oncology ward
Exclusion Criteria
Patients that not candidate for neoadjuvant CRT
Patients with immunosuppressive diseases
Patients with ASA score 3 & 4
Patients who, during surgery, due to any problem or incident, the surgeon decides to place an diverting ileostomy

Name Time Method Anastomosis leakage. Timepoint: post operation day 3,4,5,6,7. Method of measurement: COLONOSCOPY,ESR,CRP,MRI,CTS.

Name Time Method Hospital admission. Timepoint: Time of discharge. Method of measurement: Number of days in hospital.;Postoperative complications. Timepoint: One month after the operation. Method of measurement: Clinic visits.
