Inclusion Criteria
1. Age between 18 to 40 years
2. Body mass index between 30 to 40 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
1. Presentation of any cardiovascular disease or abnormal resting EKG
2. Presentation of any pulmonary disease or asthma
3. Presentation of any nerve or muscular disease
4. Exercise more than 10 minutes per time, 2 times per week during the last month
5. Take a medicine that effect on heart rate (e.g. beta-blocker)
6. Presentation of hypertension
7. Presentation of diabetes
8. Not pass CPET test criteria
