Inclusion Criteria
- •American society of Anaesthesia grade II
- •Body Weight 50 \- 75 Kg
- •Patient undergoing elective cesarean section with singleton pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Parturients in active labor
- •Placenta previa
- •Oligohydraminos or polyhydraminos
- •Pregnancy induced hypertension/ Gestational diabetes mellitus
- •Significant medical or obstetric morbidity
- •Obstructed labor, abnormal lie/ presentation
- •More than two previous cesarean section
- •Mental incapacity or language barrier precluding to informed consent
- •Patient refusal
