入排标准
入选标准
- •Female patients of age between 18 to 65 years, undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy (MRM) surgery under General Anaesthesia (GA).
- •Patients willing to give informed written consent
排除标准
- •History of anaphylaxis or allergy to the study drugs
- •ASA 3 and ASA 4 patients
- •Patient having renal,hepatic dysfunction or cardiovascular dusfunction (ejection fraction <30%)
- •History of chronic pain
- •BMI more than and equal to 30kg/m square
- •Psychaitric disorders or drug abuse
- •Chronic use of opioids or alcohol
