Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus; age over 18 years; 3 to 6 years of diagnosis; waist circumference greater than or equal to 80 for women and greater than or equal to 94 for men; on insulin or oral hypoglycemic agents; with medical clearance for the practice of moderate intensity physical activity, walking modality, registered in the UBS of the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Users who do not have conditions of effective oral communication or who are diagnosed with mental disorders (recorded in the medical record), which could compromise the understanding of the information or intervention used, users with clinical conditions that prevented them from performing regular physical activity (such as problems). neurological, vascular, orthopedic or other motives) or with the presence of diabetic neuropathy (diabetic foot examination), diabetic retinopathy and diabetic nephropathy, presence of viral hepatitis B and C in diagnosis.
