- •Women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
- •Individuals aged 18 to 40 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Overt diabetes mellitus
- •Taking any antioxidant agents 3 months before the intervention
- •Needing insulin therapy
- •Hypo and hyperthyroidism
- •Unwillingness to cooperate
