Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a. Patients with ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologist) physical status 1,2,3 undergoing major cancer surgery with risk of more than 500 ml blood loss
- •b. Age \=18 years and \=65 years of both genders.
Exclusion Criteria
- •a. History of bleeding disorder, any family history of thrombotic disorder, past or present thromboembolic disease
- •b. Any uncontrolled cardiovascular illness
