Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Women and men with
  • •o Breast carcinoma (adjuvant)
  • •o breast carcinoma (first\-line)
  • •o colon carcinoma (adjuvant)
  • •o colon cancer (first\-line)
  • •o Lung cancer (first\-line)
  • •\- Adjuvant or, in the case of a palliative situation, first\-line therapy with intravenous chemotherapy with
  • •at least 3 planned cycles
  • •\- BMI \= 20 (kg/m2\)
  • •\- Sufficient knowledge of German

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Drug therapy for cancer has already started
  • •\- Terminal ill with significant restriction of mobility and overall vitality or poor
  • •General condition of the patient (ECOG: \>1, Karnofsky: \<70%)
  • •\- Estimated life expectancy \<6 months
  • •\- Body weight with BMI\<20 kg/m2 or weight loss of \>2 kg in the last month or \>5 kg in the
  • •in the last 3 months
  • •\- Diabetes mellitus type 1
  • •\- Renal insufficiency stage \> 2, GFR \<60 ml/min / 1\.73 m2
  • •\- Known eating disorder
  • •\- Dementia
