- •Class I bimaxillary malocclusion requiring all four premolars extraction
- •Patients with optimal oral hygiene

- •Patients with moderate to severe crowding (more than 5 mm )
- •Patients who are periodontally compromised
- •Patients with any systemic disease and smokers
